Safe Connections

Domestic and family violence occurs when someone in a close personal relationship with you makes you feel afraid, powerless or unsafe. It can be physical, but can also be emotional and psychological.

The Safe Connections program provides counselling to women and children affected by domestic violence as well as court-based support and information to respondents who attend court for domestic and family violence.

We also provide support and intervention programs (such as the Disrupting Family Violence Program) for people who use violence in their relationships.

For further information or to make an appointment please call 1300 991 443.

You can also submit a referral to the program.

This program is funded by the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women.

Service is offered in Roma, St George, Charleville and Cunnamulla.
