A free, structured group program that teaches you about your rights, helps you identify patterns in your life, and teaches you how to connect with your inbuilt alarm system to keep you safe in the future. 

This program runs in various locations across the Darling Downs and aims to support women and girls who have experienced abuse or violence in their lives.  Sessions run weekly over 8 weeks and are held during school terms.
