TRACKS to Success Program

This program provides practical assistance to support the educational engagement and school retention rates of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 0-18 years.

The Tracks to Success Program aims to increase educational engagement and school retention rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children by providing practical hands-on assistance to parents and families.  This can include budgeting and financial help, training, health and wellbeing initiatives and parenting support.   

This program is funded by the Prime Minister of Cabinet (Australian Government) under the Indigenous Advancement Strategy (IAS).

The service is offered in Toowoomba and St George.
